PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We started with a conversation about health and wellbeing fears, showing how normal they were and that actually – all of us have them. Next, we worked with top health experts to develop an online platform that people could use to identify these fears, because once identified, they could use their fears as motivation to exercise, eat better and increase their mindfulness. This was backed up with a range of incentives provided by AXA, giving people free gym access and other wellbeing rewards to help them truly own their fears…
